Dish caterers have just launched their Couture Canape Collection 2010. In the savoury collection, we love the look of the ‘Chilled pea soup with skewered black olives’ and doesn’t the pudding collection look scrumptious? It includes an assortment of brightly coloured mini macaroons, mini lemon meringue pies, fruity marshmallows with a chocolate dip and mini ice-cream cones with space-dust. Each canapé is a small masterpiece and some are adorned with edible gold and silver leaf to highlight the importance of the occasion. The Collection will give added wow factor to any reception and is perfect for drinking with Champagne.
